The crowdfunding campaign mobilised the Metal community even before the launch of the platform. Its success confirmed the interest of this ambitious project with more than 250 people supporting the creation of The Pit, allowing the sale of 160 pre-subscriptions.
The editorial selection is ensured by passionate people who track down the best content from the history of Rock and Metal: great classics, little-known nuggets, cult concerts... A specialised offer that has received the support of many actors in the Metal sector: artists, influencers, Youtubers, journalists, sociologists...
Via its Otto solution, VOD Factory has enabled The Pit to be distributed on multiple environments: responsive website (OTT), iOS and Android applications, Orange TV. The platform plans to rapidly extend its distribution to other operators, game consoles or OTT platforms.
