The "madelen" platform of the Institut National de l'Audiovisuel (INA), was born in full confinement in 2020, with the aim of offering unprecedented access to INA collections, series, dramas and cult programs in their entirety. Until now, INA's archives were only accessible to the general public in short versions, on social networks, of extracts that were already very popular.
To give the general public access to its audiovisual heritage, on all screens, including TVs, mobiles and via applications, INA needed to call on a technical partner.
Against this backdrop, VOD Factory was chosen by INA to handle the technical migration of madelen, support the teams in getting to grips with it, and enable it to be distributed on a variety of screens and environments.
